I was going to leave CP completely and go to Zazzle but when I ordered a couple test products was deeply disapointed with the quality from their service. Also, zazzle's user and shop interfaces are the worst in the PoD industry taking forever to create a single product and making it hard for customers to find a product they want. The only reason to use zazzle right now is because they have a better volume bonus than CP. Zazzle is no where near as good as cafepress in print quality. I have stores on both and order from both. If my shop continues to grow (which it will) the profits will be down even more than 22.5%. I currently get less than 5% of my sales from my shop (used to be more) - over 95% are from the Marketplace (thanks to CafePress promoting their Marketplace so heavily). Thanks for stealing almost a quarter of my profits, CafePress. I will now be diversifying my items to Zazzle and Printfection so I don't rely so heavily on profits from one POD source.
