Was Cafepress Going To Announce This At All?
Cafepress has dropped the ball again. Had I not been logging into my account differently and viewing a different page than normally, I would never have even noticed that they have thrown a small bone to Cafepress shopkeepers by finally moving their own logo and branding to the bottom of the page!
5/14: Customize Premium Shop Header
We’ve made a few changes to the header of Premium Shops. The CafePress logo that used to be on the header has been moved to the footer of a Premium Shop. Shopkeepers of Premium Shops will be happy to hear that the header is now customizable. Below are some examples of what you can do to customize your Premium Shop header.
This change happened back on 5/14 and not even so much as an email to let us know? I just checked again and there is nothing in my email box announcing it. Heck, I have been so busy moving my designs to other PoDs rather than settle for the paltry 10% Cafepress is going to give us on marketplace sales that I am lucky to have noticed it at all.
This weekend I will post the results of their so-called improved marketplace algorithm that is supposed to help us (now formerly) top shopkeepers who are struggling to scrape by.

LOL Yeah what a joke huh? CP is Seriously dropping the ball with the “former” Top Shopkeepers as well as everyone else, most of who will not even realize what has happened until they start seeing the minuscule paychecks they are going to get – I also am (WAS) a TSK and I only learned of all the recent changes in the forums, I never got so much as an email telling us what was going to happen. Nice HUH .. ZAZZLE and Printfection… Hold onto your hats Here we ALL Come. LOL

We’re getting out too, when we can. have already opened a shop on Zazzle, a little worried because last July Cafepress bought Imagekind shortly after instituting similar greedy cash raising strategies. hate to see them possibly buy up another competitor. Currently CP shopkeepers are reporting actual tracked shop sales being reported as Marketplace with the same jacked up prices and 10% commission. I don’t believe for a second that it’s an error.
