As you watch sales climb with Christmas fast approaching, have you given any thought about what you are going to do when January rolls around and things begin to slow? If you’ve waited until “Cyber Monday” to see hope and see a jump in your sales for the holidays you’re about three weeks behind most online retailers.  The traditional myth is that “Black Friday” (the Friday right after Thanksgiving) kicks off the holiday shopping season as people rush to the brick and mortar stores to snatch up bargains on sale.  That traditional myth also got an over haul a few years back as internet shopping became more and more prevalent.

Christmas is coming. Maybe you haven’t heard. But one thing is for sure, if your online store is not ready now or within a couple weeks you are going to miss out on some (if not all) sales.

The great thing about Christmas is that almost any online T-shirt store can benefit from the holiday. It doesn’t matter if you sell dog related designs or if you sell goofy slogan t-shirts. If you want to pull in holiday specific search engine traffic now is the time to start getting your designs up and preparing special sections for your visitors.
