There are many new up-start companies being formed everyday, especially in this modern age where people are able to create successful businesses even on the internet. Thousands of people in the UK each year will give up their daily job in order to start their own business and enjoy the freedom and responsibility of working for themselves.

The trouble is that many of these new business ideas may be high risk and if the internet is anything to go by, your business idea may be a bit too wacky and out there to get your self a loan for the new business. There are many reasons businesses fail such as lack of direction, impatience, greed, taking action without thinking it through first, poor cost/poor product, insufficient working capital, bad or nonexistent budgeting, inadequate financial records, loss of momentum, failure to anticipate market trends, lack of managerial ability or experience, indecisiveness, bad human relations and diffusion of effort to mention a few. But, you there was a but coming right?
