Bulk Order Update - Holiday 2006

Hello,

Wow - you never cease to amaze us. We knew it would be a busy holiday season, and we planned on Shopkeepers selling tremendous amounts of merchandise – but you’ve outdone yourselves!

In order to meet the demand of our shoppers, maintain our levels of service, and continue to ensure timely delivery, we will be postponing all bulk orders placed from December 1st to December 24th. All bulk orders placed after December 1 will be shipped within four weeks.

What this means for your customers:

  • A seamless shopping experience
  • Orders arrive on time (always important this time of year)

What this means for Shopkeepers:

  • A shortened window to place bulk orders. If you place them before Dec. 1 you’ll avoid a delay and your order will arrive before the Holidays!
  • After Dec. 1, mixed orders (an order with both bulk items and other individual items) should be split into two orders. By isolating the bulk items you’ll avoid a delay on the individual items you may want for the holidays.
