Cafepress has launced a new information site callled http://www.cafepresssiteupdates.com/ which is supposed to be used to communicate inforamation such as:

information about site performance that may impact your ability to manage your shop, or affect a customer’s ability to easily shop your merchandise. Please note that this will not be used as a venue for bug postings.
