Many people are so confused by the words - “Business Plan”. What is it? Who do I show it to? Do I really need it? What is it really going to do for me?

A business plan is a written blueprint for your business. It describes a summary of what your business is about and it�s goals. It also outlines how your business will function. The term �business plan� was first developed by bankers who wanted a detailed report of how a business would result in profits before they would make a decision on lending money. Today, no business banker will even entertain a business loan application without a business plan.

We often hear people griping and lamenting about how Google, Yahoo, or MSN reduced their site’s rankings, causing a huge loss of profits and business. These people surrender to the fact that their favorite search engine failed them and their business and are resigned to finding another search engine to advertise on, not realizing the real fact that they may just be committing another mistake waiting to happen.

Some people have asked me how exactly one goes about creating a design for a t-shirt or a mug or a hat or whatever. I’ll tell you this, everyone has their own methods and many of us have different methods depending on how the design comes to us. For example sometimes I will create a design on canvas with oil paints and sometimes I will work them up on paper with water colors and then scan them into the computer and create the end product from that base. Still other times I will start with a pen or pencil sketch. Other times I will do the entire design from conception to finish in Paint Shop Pro and never touch a piece of paper. (more…)

BUILDING LINKS

It has well been established that having or not having link popularity is vital to the existence of any website. So how do we find the ways and means of establishing this.
